UK Delivery

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked.

EU Delivery

  • Standard International Tracked — £15.00

EU orders are typically delivered within 5–10 working days. Please note that orders shipped to EU countries may be subject to local import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival. These charges are set by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Official Dad Bag has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

US & International Delivery

  • US Tracked Delivery (Inc. Import Charges) — £33.00
  • Rest of World — £30.00

US orders include a contribution toward import charges within the shipping cost. For all other international destinations, import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

International orders are typically delivered within 7–14 working days depending on destination and local customs processing times.

Returns

We want you to love your Official Dad Bag. If something isn't right, here's how it works:

  • Return window: 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • How to return: Email us at info@officialdadbag.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 1 working day with instructions.
  • Refunds: Processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item, credited back to your original payment method.
  • Return postage: The cost of returning an item is the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Please note: Clothing items are produced by a specialist partner and dispatched separately. Due to the made-to-order nature of clothing, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on clothing unless the item is faulty. Please refer to the size guides on the clothing product pages before ordering.
