Returns
We want you to love your Official Dad Bag. If something isn't right, here's how it works:
- Return window: 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
- How to return: Email us at info@officialdadbag.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1 working day with instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm it's arrived and let you know if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed within 5 working days, credited back to your original payment method.
Clothing
Clothing items are produced by a specialist partner and dispatched separately from bag orders. Due to the made-to-order nature of clothing, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on clothing unless the item is faulty. If you're unsure on sizing, email us before ordering and we'll help you choose the right size.
Return Shipping
Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty or you've received the wrong item, email us at info@officialdadbag.com with your order number and photos where possible. We'll sort this out quickly — including return postage costs where applicable.
